This was a massive achievement and undertaking. Up until this point, an Indian movie had never had a successful merchandise program. Having being exposed to the global licensing industry and how brands extend themselves so seamlessly across consumer products, we took on Bahubali as a very welcome challenge.

The movie already had a VERY large and Loyal fanbase, the trick was developing a style guide filled with assets and designs that would not only be friendly to manufacturers and licensees but would really get a fans blood pumping!

The result was a style guide full of blueprints for weapons, mandalas with motifs straight from the sets, stylized sigils & of course charachter based art for the more hardcore fans, with a twist of course.

Arka media & SS Rajamouli were amazing to work with, polite, intelligent, organized and collaborative. As a designer i couldnt ask for more.
